Stat. § 524.4-205","heading":"POWERS.","body":"At any time after the expiration of 60 days from a domiciliary foreign personal representative's filing in accordance with section 524.4-204 such domiciliary foreign personal representative may exercise as to assets in this state all powers of a local personal representative and may maintain actions and proceedings in this state subject to any conditions imposed upon nonresident parties generally.
