Stat. § 550.07","heading":"ISSUANCE OF EXECUTION.","body":"When the execution is against the personal property or money of the judgment debtor, it may be issued to the sheriff of any county from the district court where the judgment was originally docketed. When it requires the delivery of real property, it shall be issued to the sheriff of the county where the property or some part thereof is situated after the judgment is docketed in that county.
