Stat. § 576.28","heading":"IMMUNITY; DISCOVERY FROM RECEIVER.","body":"(a) The receiver shall be entitled to all defenses and immunities provided at common law for acts or omissions within the scope of the receiver's appointment.\n(b) No person other than a successor receiver duly appointed by the court shall have a right of action against a receiver to recover receivership property or the value thereof.\n(c) A party or party in interest may conduct discovery of the receiver concerning any matter relating to the receiver's administration of the receivership property after obtaining an order authorizing the discovery.","path":["POSTJUDGMENT REMEDIES; ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION; BONDS","CHAPTER 576.
