Acts prohibited.\nWhoever does any of the following is guilty of a misdemeanor:\n(1) sends or delivers to another any document which simulates a summons, complaint, or court process with intent thereby to induce payment of a claim; or\n(2) prints, distributes, or offers for sale any such document knowing or intending that it shall be so used.\nSubd. 2.
