Definition.\n(a) As used in this section, the following terms have the meanings given.\n(b) \"Adulterates\" is the intentional adding of a bodily fluid to a substance.\n(c) \"Bodily fluid\" means the blood, seminal fluid, vaginal fluid, urine, or feces of a human.\nSubd. 2. Crime.\n(a) Whoever adulterates any substance that the person knows or should know is intended for human consumption is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n(b) Whoever violates paragraph (a) and another person ingests the adulterated substance without knowledge of the adulteration is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.","path":["CRIMES; EXPUNGEMENT; VICTIMS","CHAPTER 609.
