Access to courts.\nThe commissioner must opt out by regulation of any uniform standard that permits a product to deny a consumer's access to the courts to resolve a dispute related to the product. In addition to opting out, the commissioner must petition the commission for a stay of the effective date of the standard.\nSubd. 2.
