Sections 62H.10 to 62H.17 and a filing under those sections do not authorize or license a reportable MEWA, employee leasing firm, collectively bargained arrangement, or any other arrangement to engage in business in this state if otherwise prohibited by law.","path":["INSURANCE","CHAPTER 62H.
