These include, but are not limited to, the need for: treatment that takes into account severity of illness and comorbidities; provision of a continuum of care, including treatment and rehabilitation programs licensed under chapter 245G; the safety of the individual's domestic and community environment; gender appropriate and culturally appropriate programs; and access to appropriate social services.","path":["INSURANCE","CHAPTER 62N.
