Content.\nA certificate issued under a group long-term care insurance policy delivered or issued for delivery in this state must include:\n(1) a description of the principal benefits and coverage provided in the policy;\n(2) a statement of the exclusions, reductions, and limitations contained in the policy; and\n(3) a statement that the group master policy determines governing contractual provisions.\nSubd. 2. Delivery.\nThe issuer of a qualified long-term care insurance policy shall deliver to the applicant, policyholder, or certificate holder the contract or certificate no later than 30 days after the date of approval.","path":["INSURANCE","CHAPTER 62S.
