Requirement.\nAn individual who holds an independent or public adjuster license and who is not exempt under this section must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education courses, of which three hours must be in ethics, reported to the commissioner on a biennial basis in conjunction with the individual's license renewal cycle.\nSubd. 2. Exceptions.\nThis section does not apply to:\n(1) a licensee not licensed for one full year prior to the end of the applicable continuing education biennium; or\n(2) a licensee holding a nonresident adjuster license who has met the continuing education requirements of the licensee's designated home state.","path":["INSURANCE","CHAPTER 72B.
