Stat. § 83.44","heading":"PROHIBITED PRACTICES.","body":"It is unlawful for any person, in connection with the offer or sale of any subdivided land or interests therein, directly or indirectly:\n(a) to employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud;\n(b) to make any untrue statement of a material fact or to omit to state material facts necessary in order to make the statements made, in the light of the circumstances under which they are made, not misleading;\n(c) to engage in any act, practice, or course of business which operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon any person; or\n(d) to accept an advance payment for services rendered by an agent in connection with the resale of a time share interest.","path":["REAL ESTATE SALES REGULATIONS","CHAPTER 83.
