Stat. § 84.802","heading":"YOUTHFUL OPERATORS; PROHIBITIONS.","body":"(a) A person under 16 years of age may not operate an off-road vehicle.\n(b) Except for operation on public road rights-of-way that is permitted under section 84.804, a driver's license issued by the state or another state is required to operate an off-road vehicle along or on a public road right-of-way.\n(c) An owner of an off-road vehicle may not knowingly allow it to be operated in violation of this section.","path":["NATURAL RESOURCES","CHAPTER 84.
