Stat. § 86B.915","heading":"LIENS ATTACHING TO WATERCRAFT.","body":"(a) A nonpossessory lien on a titled watercraft is not perfected unless a lien statement is filed with the commissioner.\n(b) The lien statement must include:\n(1) the watercraft owner's name and address;\n(2) the statute under which the lien is taken;\n(3) the name and address of the lienholder; and\n(4) the title number of the watercraft.\n(c) The commissioner shall note the time and date of filing the lien statement.","path":["RECREATION","CHAPTER 86B.
