License required.\nA person may not sell fish with the use of a motor vehicle without a fish vendor's license.\nSubd. 2. Misrepresenting fish.\n(a) A licensed fish vendor or the vendor's employee may not misrepresent a species of fish to be sold. If a licensed fish vendor or employee of the fish vendor is convicted of misrepresenting a species of fish that is sold, the license shall be revoked, and the licensee is not eligible to obtain a fish vendor's license for one year after revocation.\n(b) Misrepresentation includes the designation of fish by a name other than its common name in:\n(1) the state; and\n(2) in the locality where it was taken if it is not generally known by any common name in the state.","path":["GAME AND FISH","CHAPTER 97C.
