Stat. § 115.545","heading":"Court to render judgment, when — effect of judgment.","body":"Upon completion of the procedures provided for in this subchapter, the court shall render its judgment based upon the issues of law and fact and cause a certified copy of its judgment to be transmitted to each affected election authority and to the secretary of state.
