Any person who is eighteen years of age or older may enroll in an adult high school if he or she has not earned a high school diploma.\n2. An adult high school shall give a preference in admission to those students who receive any local, state, or federal assistance in which a person or family is required not to exceed a certain income level in order to qualify for the assistance.\n3.
