Any person who knowingly conceals, cancels, defaces, or obliterates the outside the hospital do-not-resuscitate order or the outside the hospital do-not-resuscitate identification of another person without the consent of the other person, or who knowingly falsifies or forges a revocation of the outside the hospital do-not-resuscitate order or the outside the hospital do-not-resuscitate identification of another person, is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.\n2.
