Stat. § 192.2521","heading":"Specialty hospital exemption.","body":"A specialty hospital is exempt from the provisions of sections 192.2520 and 197.135 if such hospital has a policy for transfer of a victim of a sexual assault to an appropriate hospital with an emergency department.
