The commission may suspend, deny or revoke a certificate if an interpreter:\n(1) Impersonates another person holding interpreter certification;\n(2) Allows another person to use the interpreter's certificate;\n(3) Uses fraud, deception or misrepresentation in the certification process;\n(4) Harasses, abuses or threatens a member of the commission, evaluation team or a support staff person who is administering the system;\n(5) Intentionally divulges confidential information relating to the certification process, including content, topic, vocabulary, skills or any other testing material;\n(6) Fails to achieve a minimum satisfactory certification level.\n2.
