Stat. § 210.853","heading":"Parenting plan in paternity actions.","body":"Upon a finding of paternity by a court, the parties to a paternity action may submit, either separately or jointly, a parenting plan, as defined in section 452.310, regarding the child who is the subject of such paternity action. If a parenting plan is submitted, the court shall order a parenting plan for such child.
