Stat. § 211.332","heading":"Detention facilities not required to be provided by certain second class counties — law applicable for facilities which are maintained in those counties.","body":"Notwithstanding the provisions of section 211.331 or any other provision of law in conflict with the provisions of this section, no county which becomes a county of the second class after September 28, 1987, shall be required to provide a place of detention for children.
