Stat. § 227.621","heading":"Approval of comprehensive agreements, requirements.","body":"Prior to granting its final approval of a private partner to finance, develop, and/or operate the project, the commission shall review and approve by commission minute a comprehensive agreement in a form and manner prescribed by the commission that shall, at a minimum, provide for:\n(1) The start date for construction of the project and any other dates the commission deems necessary to develop and/or operate the project;\n(2) Review and approval by the commission of the final plans and specifications for the development and/or operation of the project to ensure that such plans and specifications conform to the standards acceptable to the commission;\n(3) A detailed financing plan, contingent upon review and approval by the commission; and\n(4) Any other provisions the commission and private partner deem appropriate.","path":["Title XIV - ROADS AND WATERWAYS","Chapter 227 - State Highway System"],"source_url":"https://revisor.mo.gov/main/OneSection.aspx?section=227.621","current_through":"2026 legislative session (floor)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T22:23:26Z","sha256":"84318940255719fdc19977fa617e2dc667b1c3a7c5b50ecb284eeb69a1dff4da","source_id":"us-mo","stale":false,"prev":"us-mo/mo.-rev.-stat.-227.618","next":"us-mo/mo.-rev.-stat.-227.624"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
