When any meat or meat product which is prepared for human consumption shall be placed in a shipping container in a commercial plant where inspection is maintained under sections 265.300 to 265.470, the person preparing the meat or meat product shall cause to be attached to the container a label bearing the official inspection mark and the approved plant number.\n2.
