Every licensee shall maintain for three years a record of:\n(1) Date of application of certificate of title of vehicles;\n(2) Name and address of the owner;\n(3) Name of the manufacturer;\n(4) Vehicle identification number and year of manufacture;\n(5) Style of vehicle;\n(6) Odometer setting.\n2.
