Stat. § 302.340","heading":"Penalty for violations.","body":"Whenever in sections 302.010 to 302.540 the doing of anything is required or is prohibited or is declared to be unlawful, any person who shall be convicted of a violation thereof shall be deemed guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
