Stat. § 305.295","heading":"Establishment of an airport authority by an eligible entity, jurisdiction.","body":"Whenever the fiscal body of one or more eligible entities, acting individually or jointly, adopts an ordinance or a resolution in favor of the establishment of an airport authority under this chapter*, there is established an airport authority. The authority has jurisdiction over a district with boundaries conterminous with the jurisdictional boundaries of the entity or entities adopting the ordinance or resolution.
