Stat. § 307.207","heading":"Equipment required.","body":"Every electric personal assistive mobility device (EPAMD) when in use on a roadway during the period from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise shall be equipped with the following:\n(1) A front-facing lamp on the front or carried by the rider which shall emit a white light visible at night under normal atmospheric conditions on a straight, level, unlighted roadway at five hundred feet;\n(2) A rear-facing red reflector, at least two square inches in reflective surface area, or a rear-facing red lamp, on the rear which shall be visible at night under normal atmospheric conditions on a straight, level, unlighted roadway when viewed by a vehicle driver under the lower beams of vehicle headlights at six hundred feet.","path":["Title XIX - MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION","Chapter 307 - Vehicle Equipment Regulations"],"source_url":"https://revisor.mo.gov/main/OneSection.aspx?section=307.207","current_through":"2026 legislative session (floor)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T22:23:27Z","sha256":"782d80964c4ba944277644d6f24138f42dea8e16f5cc7183edc36a73be8e8f34","source_id":"us-mo","stale":false,"prev":"us-mo/mo.-rev.-stat.-307.205","next":"us-mo/mo.-rev.-stat.-307.209"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
