Stat. § 324.700","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in sections 324.700 to 324.745, unless the context provides otherwise, the following terms shall mean: (1) \"Division\" , the division of motor carrier and railroad safety;\n(2) \"House\" , a dwelling or other structure intended for human habitat in excess of fourteen feet in width.
