Stat. § 348.225","heading":"Single-purpose animal facilities loan program fund created — purpose.","body":"There is hereby created in the state treasury the \"Single-Purpose Animal Facilities Loan Program Fund\". The fund shall consist of money collected and deposited pursuant to subsection 3 of section 348.195. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 33.080, no portion of the fund shall be transferred to the general revenue fund.
