Stat. § 352.190","heading":"Application for dissolution — contents.","body":"Application for such dissolution shall be made by a petition, verified by the president and secretary of said association or a majority of the directors or other governing body of the association, setting forth a clear and concise statement of the reasons which induce the members of said association to desire a dissolution of the association.
