Stat. § 382.605","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in sections 382.600 to 382.640, the following terms shall mean:\n(1) \"Corporate governance annual disclosure\" or \"CGAD\" , a confidential report filed by the insurer or insurance group made in accordance with the requirements of sections 382.600 to 382.640;\n(2) \"Director\" , the director of the department of commerce and insurance, his or her deputies, or the department of commerce and insurance, as applicable;\n(3) \"Insurance group\" , those insurers and affiliates included within an insurance holding company system as defined in section 382.010;\n(4) \"Insurer\" , an insurance company as defined in section 375.012; except that it shall not include agencies, authorities, or instrumentalities of the United States, its possessions and territories, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, or a state or political subdivision of a state;\n(5) \"NAIC\" , the National Association of Insurance Commissioners;\n(6) \"ORSA summary report\" , the report filed in accordance with sections 382.500 to 382.550.","path":["Title XXIV - BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS","Chapter 382 - Insurance Holding Companies"],"source_url":"https://revisor.mo.gov/main/OneSection.aspx?section=382.605","current_through":"2026 legislative session (floor)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T22:23:27Z","sha256":"6e312d0fb19d96b6c0c536fc6c6824599e0bdd44b63a554e801f4f95443bbdef","source_id":"us-mo","stale":false,"prev":"us-mo/mo.-rev.-stat.-382.600","next":"us-mo/mo.-rev.-stat.-382.610"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
