Stat. § 393.841","heading":"Voting districts may be provided, when, procedure.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the bylaws may provide that the territory in which a company supplies wastewater services may be divided into two or more voting districts for the purpose of properly distributing its directors over the area in which its members reside.
