Stat. § 40.230","heading":"Sentences, proceedings, findings are final, exception — appeal on questions of law to state and federal courts.","body":"The proceedings, findings and sentences of court-martial as reviewed and approved, as required by sections 40.005 to 40.490, and all dismissals and discharges carried into execution under sentences by courts-martial following review and approval, as required by sections 40.005 to 40.490, are final and conclusive.
