Stat. § 436.103","heading":"Action for damages or injunction, jurisdiction.","body":"Any party to a franchise agreement may bring an action in the jurisdiction in which the franchisee is located to recover damages sustained by reason of the breach of the franchise agreement and, where appropriate, shall be entitled to injunctive relief.
