A residential mortgage loan broker may apply for authority to open and maintain additional offices in Missouri by:\n(1) Giving the director prior notice of the residential mortgage loan broker's intention in such form as prescribed by the director; and\n(2) Paying a fee to be established by the director.\n2. On receipt of the notice and fee, the director shall issue a certificate for the additional office.
