Stat. § 454.1530","heading":"Continuing jurisdiction to enforce child support order.","body":"(a) A tribunal of this state that has issued a child support order consistent with the law of this state may serve as an initiating tribunal to request a tribunal of another state to enforce:\n(1) the order if the order is the controlling order and has not been modified by a tribunal of another state that assumed jurisdiction pursuant to the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act; or\n(2) a money judgment for arrears of support and interest on the order accrued before a determination that an order of a tribunal of another state is the controlling order.\n(b) A tribunal of this state having continuing jurisdiction over a support order may act as a responding tribunal to enforce the order.","path":["Title XXX - DOMESTIC RELATIONS","Chapter 454 - Enforcement of Support Law"],"source_url":"https://revisor.mo.gov/main/OneSection.aspx?section=454.1530","current_through":"2026 legislative session (floor)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T22:23:28Z","sha256":"9229e85cf03be10db86d6944d65a1588a983af2a4817ad059ec0fe6fb6678cf7","source_id":"us-mo","stale":false,"prev":"us-mo/mo.-rev.-stat.-454.1527","next":"us-mo/mo.-rev.-stat.-454.1533"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
