Stat. § 476.530","heading":"Retirement compensation, how computed.","body":"The retirement compensation shall be equal to fifty percent of the compensation which was in effect, at the time of the judge's termination of employment as a judge for the highest judicial position that the judge ever held on a full-time basis.
