Stat. § 494.435","heading":"Panel exhausted, other jurors summoned.","body":"Whenever there is an unanticipated shortage of available petit jurors drawn from a qualified jury list, the court may require the sheriff or a jury supervisor to summon a sufficient number of petit jurors from bystanders.
