A receiver shall not be obligated to obtain any appraisal or other independent valuation of property in the receiver's possession unless ordered by the court to do so.\n2. A court may order the receiver to file such additional schedules, reports of assets, liabilities, claims, or inventories as necessary and proper.\n3. Whenever a list or schedule required pursuant to this section is not prepared and filed as required by the debtor, the court may order the receiver, a petitioning creditor, or such other person as the court in its discretion deems appropriate to prepare and file such list or schedule within a time fixed by the court.
