Stat. § 570.039","heading":"Cable television services, appropriation of — not stealing, when.","body":"A person who appropriates cable television service shall not be deemed to have stolen that service within the meaning of section 570.030, if a cable television company either:\n(1) Provides unsolicited cable television service; or\n(2) Fails to change or disconnect cable television service within ten days after receiving written notice to do so by the customer.
