Stat. § 631.165","heading":"Transfer of patient to a mental health facility, when, procedure.","body":"If the head of the alcohol or drug abuse facility finds that a person who is detained for treatment and rehabilitation is presenting a likelihood of serious harm as a result of mental disorder other than alcohol or drug abuse, or both, the head of the facility shall arrange for the transfer of the person to a mental health facility through a licensed physician, registered professional nurse, qualified counselor or mental health professional designated by the mental health facility.
