Stat. § 632.312","heading":"Transportation costs, sheriff may be reimbursed.","body":"Notwithstanding the provisions of section 105.452 to the contrary, a sheriff may receive reimbursement for the actual costs of transporting a person to and from a mental health facility pursuant to chapter 632 from a public or private hospital, not-for-profit charitable organization, the state, or a political subdivision.
