Stat. § 632.405","heading":"Prosecutor's duties.","body":"It shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorney of the county wherein a hearing described under this chapter takes place to represent the petitioner and to file and prosecute in court all petitions for detention, evaluation and treatment pursuant to this chapter.
