Community water systems shall submit a report upon request of the department of natural resources that shall certify compliance with all regulations regarding:\n(1) Water quality sampling, testing, and reporting;\n(2) Hydrant and valve inspections under section 640.144; and\n(3) Cyber security plans and policies, if required under section 640.142.\n2.
