The department shall establish an interagency task force consisting of the departments of health and senior services, conservation, agriculture, the University of Missouri, college of agriculture and such other departments and agencies as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes and provisions of sections 640.400 to 640.435.\n2. The interagency task force shall meet at least semiannually.
