Stat. § 87.095","heading":"Funeral expenses to be paid.","body":"Whenever an active or retired fireman shall die, as aforesaid, the board of trustees shall appropriate from the fund a sum not exceeding one hundred and fifty dollars to the widow or family for funeral expenses.
