Code Ann. § 13-3-121","body":"In cases decided in the Supreme Court, or dismissed or otherwise disposed of, the clerk of the court may issue executions for costs accrued in the Supreme Court, in excess of the filing fee, in the same manner that the clerks of the circuit courts are authorized to issue executions against any party liable therefor.
