Code Ann. § 15-3-111","body":"(1) In an action for relief against a transfer or obligation under this article, a creditor, subject to the limitations in Section 15-3-113 , may obtain:\n\n(a) Avoidance of the transfer or obligation to the extent necessary to satisfy the creditor's claim;\n\n(b) An attachment or other provisional remedy against the asset transferred or other property of the transferee;\n\n(c) Subject to applicable principles of equity and in accordance with applicable rules of civil procedure,\n\n(i) An injunction against further disposition by the debtor or a transferee, or both, of the asset transferred or of other property;\n\n(ii) Appointment of a receiver to take charge of the asset transferred or of other property of the transferee; or\n\n(iii) Any other relief the circumstances may require.\n\n(2) If a creditor has obtained a judgment on a claim against the debtor, the creditor, if the court so orders, may levy execution on the asset transferred or its proceeds.","path":["MS Code","Title 15"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"6bc72f18e241c0227cbc4cc6eb1be6074863ff5231c5ef7b8f5463fcf4258517","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-15-3-11","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-15-3-113"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
