Code Ann. § 17-3-7","body":"All municipalities, regardless of the form of government under which they operate, or any board of supervisors, shall have the power to appropriate money, not exceeding Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00), annually, to aid in the payment of premiums and awards made and given by fairs or fair associations located, held and operated in such county.
