Code Ann. § 19-29-11","body":"Upon the appointment and qualification of the commissioners first appointed to a regional railroad authority, they shall submit to the Secretary of State a certified copy of each resolution adopted pursuant to subsection (1) of Section 19-29-9 by the counties included in the regional authority. Upon receipt thereof, the Secretary of State shall issue a certificate of incorporation to the regional railroad authority.\n\nWhen a regional railroad authority is increased or decreased pursuant to subsections (2) and (3) of Section 19-29-9 , it shall forward to the Secretary of State a certified copy of each resolution adopted pursuant thereto and, upon receipt thereof, the Secretary of State shall issue an amended certificate of incorporation in accordance therewith.","path":["MS Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"61e2fef843e02957461d06dc46750be5ada376a13c52fed903d0fe98f317e603","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-19-29-1","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-19-29-13"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
