Code Ann. § 19-29-11","body":"Upon the appointment and qualification of the commissioners first appointed to a regional railroad authority, they shall submit to the Secretary of State a certified copy of each resolution adopted pursuant to subsection (1) of Section 19-29-9 by the counties included in the regional authority.
